How to Put

1: Start with the same eye every time (to avoid mixing them up).
2: Take the lens out of the case using your fingertip (never nails).
3: Check it’s not inside out (edges should curve inward like a bowl, not flare out).
4: Place the lens on the tip of your index finger.
5: With your other hand, hold your to prevent blinking.

6 : Use the middle finger of your inserting hand to pull down your lower eyelid.
7 : Look straight ahead or upward, and gently place the lens on your eye.
8: Blink slowly to center the lens.
9: If it feels uncomfortable, remove, rinse with solution, and try again.

How to Take Off

1: Wash and dry your hands.
2: Look up and pull down your lower eyelid.
3: Use your thumb and index finger to gently pinch the lens and remove it.
4: Place it in its case with fresh solution.

Storage and Cleaning Tips

  • Use only recommended lens solution (not water or saliva!).
  • Replace the solution in your case daily.
  • Clean lenses (if not daily disposables) by rubbing and rinsing them with solution.
  • Replace the lens case every 1-3 months.

Wearing Time

  • Do not exceed recommended wear time.
  • Remove before sleeping unless they are approved for overnight wear.
  • If your eyes feel dry or irritated, remove the lenses and give your eyes a break.

  • If you have red, painful, or infected eyes.
  • If you're around smoke, dust, or chemicals.
  • When swimming (unless wearing watertight goggles).
